stress..ejaan cm ni mcm menakutkan..lebih2 tyme exam yang x pat lari daripada budak2 u..
stress slalu kaitkan dengan marah or mood x baik o kata lebih sedap moody..kdg2 nmpk dia 2 ok..tbe2 lebih 10 minit dia naik angin..sdagkan x de pe2 blaku.so cmne nak handle STRESS dengan lebih berkesan...
cm ak ska lyn music o x tenteram g r kuar jap..cm mkn angin,joging ke...
cara nak handle depend ngok org gak..x smua yang pat handle ngan btul2..klu stil ngat ALLAH dia anggap positive.tp yang kureng ckt cmne..sendiri phm r..so selagi boleh kawal stress kte handle dengan berhemah...plg penting kte kna luahkan benda kt org len tuk wat diri lebih tenang..tul x..AK selitkan Lagu MAher zain  tuk sape2 berminat nak ngok blog aku..
